Refund policy
At Norik Home, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
Returns We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at support@norikhome.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the credit.
Non-Returnable Items Items that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. We also cannot accept returns on items returned without prior authorization.
Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that window, the order may already be in processing and we cannot guarantee cancellation.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
